Two children were treated for injuries after the collision in Ripple on Saturday.

Police and SECAMB were called to Pommeus Lane at 2.48pm following a collision between a blue Vauxhall Corsa, and an orange Peugeot 206.

A spokesman for SECAMB confirmed that a fourteen year old girl and twelve year old boy were treated for minor injuries. A young baby was also taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.

Four occupants of one of the vehicles were then taken to QEQM to be treated further.
