Folkestone: M20 slip-road at J13 closed after lorry hits safety barrier

A slip-road off the M20 has been blocked by a crash barrier after a lorry collided with it.

A HGV seems to have struck the outside reserve going coastbound at Junction 13 near Folkestone, causing delays on the motorway.
