Man taken to hospital in serious condition after medical incident in Connaught Road in Dover

A man was taken to hospital in a serious condition after an incident in Dover.

Police and the ambulance service were called to Connaught Road at 2.45pm yesterday where an eyewitness thought CPR was being given .

Ambulance crews provided emergency treatment at the scene.

An ambulance spokesman said: "We were called at approximately 2.30pm yesterday to reports of a man in a car in need of medical attention.

"The man was then taken to William Harvey Hospital in a serious condition."

Kent Police is yet to provide an update.
