An investigation has been launched after a body was found in an area of cliffs.

Police say they had been called at 3.25pm yesterday following concerns for the welfare of a man in Dover.

The body of a man was located in the area of Langdon Cliffs at around 5pm that day.

A police spokesman: “The man’s death is not currently being treated as suspicious and a report is being compiled for the coroner.”
