A man who went missing wearing no shoes has been found.

Dwaine Palmer, 31, was reported missing at 10.55pm yesterday from the Crabble Hill area of Dover

Officers, concerned for his welfare, put out an appeal to help find him this morning.

But just after midday today they announced that he had been found safe and well.

Mr Palmer was described as having a large build and was believed to be wearing a light grey and white top, navy shorts, and no shoes.
