A former nightclub is back under the hammer.

The Legends building, in New Street, Dover, is on sale next month for a freehold guide price of £200,000-plus.

It is re-listed as it had not made a sale at a previous auction , on May 2, when the recommended price was £250,000-plus.

The building is now a stripped out shell and auctioneer Kevin Gilbert says it could be used for leisure, tourism, retail or event as a residential development with planning permission.

Houses, plots of land, maisonettes and commercial premises are among the other lots at this auction.

It is from 11am on Tuesday, June 13, at the Clive Emson Conference Centre in Detling, Maidstone.
