The A258 has reopened several hours after a crash involving two vehicles.
Diesel had spilled onto the carriageway at Dover, near the Duke of York roundabout.
The crash happened between the A2 Jubilee Way and Upper Road, causing tailbacks on the A258 to Pond Lane.
The road was clear by midday.
