Jamie Grimes has become Dover boss Chris Kinnear's first signing of the summer with the centre half joining from fellow Vanarama Conference side Kidderminster Harriers.
Grimes, 24, made 39 league appearances for the Harriers last season, including both games against Whites.
He was voted Away Fans’ Player of the Season and Junior Supporters Player of the Season at Kidderminster this season.
The Nottingham-born Grimes was with Swansea City's academy before being released in 2011.
