Police seek sex attacker

Police
investigating an attempted sexual assault in Dover have released an
E-fit of the offender.
An 18-year-old woman was walking in
Elms Vale Road, Dover at 3.20am on Saturday November 14 when she
was approached by a man who asked for the time.
He continued to follow her, grabbed
her and tried to sexually assault her, but she managed to run to
safety. He was last seen walking up Eaton Road.
The offender is described as a dark
European man of stocky build, aged in his 30s, five feet nine
inches tall with short black cropped hair. He was wearing a black
jacket and dark clothing.
