Defiant Dover Athletic boss Nicky Forster threatens to overhaul squad

Dover manager Nicky Forster warned
some of his players they will be playing for their futures at
Crabble this weekend after Whites bowed out of the FA Trophy in
Tuesday's third qualifying round replay.
Leading 2-1 in injury-time, Whites conceded a soft equaliser and
then, in Forster's own words, "capitulated" in extra-time against a
Chelmsford side who were down to 10 men.
Forster insisted: "The pressure is
now on the boys to perform on Saturday and the chairman is 100%
behind me.
"He has said ‘if they are not going
to perform let’s get them out and get some new ones in,’ and that
will be the case.
"We had got ourselves into a
position where we should have seen the game out, but then produced
some comical defending which you shouldn’t see at this level and
then I thought we just capitulated in extra-time."
Whites now have two home games in
four days in which to get back on track, with Boreham Wood the
visitors on Saturday followed by Billericay on Tuesday.
Forster admitted: "I can see myself
making changes for Saturday, that’s for sure."
Do you think Forster should
ring the changes in the wake of Tuesday's defeat? Have your say
