A man has been airlifted to hospital after he was trapped by a rolling vehicle at an off-road motoring site.

Paramedics and an air ambulance crew was sent to the site off Church Road in Oare, near Faversham, where the man had suffered injuries.

Witnesses reported seeing the police and fire brigade also in attendance at the Cuddy Munts site shortly before 10.30am on Sunday, September 17.

It was reported that the man was outside the vehicle, inspecting it as it teetered at the top of a hill. The weight change then caused it to roll over him.

Police say the man was airlifted to hospital in London with serious injuries, but they are not believed to be life-threatening.

No criminal offences were reported and there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
