Upping your kerb appeal

A new Kent garden design service has been launched specifically to improve the kerb appeal of homes prior to sale.

Karin Hawkes, of new company Kerb Appeal said: “Autumn and winter is the perfect time to prepare a house for sale ready for the spring market. And within what is already proving to be a rapidly improving property market, this new service will help homes to stand out from the crowd. The kerb appeal makeover is available across many parts of Kent and Sussex.

“A recent survey reveals that the number one selling point of a house is its approach from the road and this new service aims to ensure that every house has the opportunity to maximise its impact on potential buyers.

“Our kerb appeal service is swift and effective, with a number of different options to suit individual requirements.”

Already proving popular is the Budget Package which provides a one-day front garden tidy-up complete with skip and green-waste removal from site, and Go Potty – the provision of fully planted pots and containers to brighten up a front garden.

Also available is Simply Designed: a basic design and build project to suit the space; and Refined Design: a contemporary or traditional, unique, eye-catching design for the front garden, complete with full drawings and project management to completion.
