Two best friends with more than 20 years of cooking experience have come up with a purely plant-based menu to celebrate veganism.
Pop-up restaurant Dr Legumes has been serving up their unique take on the movement at Folkestone's Quarterhouse.
The duo behind the brand say it's not so much about trying to beat the stereotypes of a vegan diet, but promoting the health benefits.
