A woman had to be cut free by firefighters after her car crashed with a car transporter.
It happened at Spitfire Way, Hawkinge, at about 9.20pm yesterday.
Crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the roof of the car.
The victim was placed on a spinal longboard and passed into the care of the ambulance service.
Crews were at the scene for nearly an hour.
