He is renowned for his perseverance and dedication to achieve his dream of reaching the Olympic Games.

He set a British record in the jump in Canada and has gone on to feature in several TV shows.

A film about his journey to the Olympics featuring Hugh Jackman and Taron Egerton was released last year.

Wayne Hodgson, managing director, said: "We are really pleased to have secured the services of Eddie. Anyone who has seen the film knows the passion, commitment and dedication Eddie gave in achieving his personal goal.

"Similarity in names aside, Eddie is so aligned to our company ethos. We look forward to welcoming Eddie on the day."
