Kent Police release CCTV image of man wanted in connection with diesel thefts in Folkestone, Hythe and Dover

Police investigating a spate of fuel thefts in east Kent have released a CCTV image of a man they want to question.

It follows incidents in Folkestone, Hythe and Dover on consecutive days in October.

Over £400 worth of diesel was allegedly taken without being paid for at the garages.

The man reportedly targeted petrol stations in Cheriton Road in Folkestone and at the Stanford Intersection near Hythe on October 14 where £90 and £135 worth of fuel was taken.

The following day, £131 of diesel was also supposedly taken from pumps at a garage in Cheriton High Street and at another on the A2 at Guston near Dover.

Police are now appealing for help to find the man in the photograph.
