Hythe man arrested over Folkestone 'flasher' incidents

A 53-year-old man from Hythe has been arrested after a series of 'flashing' incidents across Folkestone.

Since Saturday, January 6, police have received at least five reports from victims who say they have been approached by a man in a silver or grey car, who has exposed himself to them.

No physical contact has been reported.

Police arrested the man on suspicion of indecent exposure on Friday. He has since been released pending further inquiries.
