Appeal for witnesses after assault at Gillespies pub in Harbour Street, Folkestone

Police have appealed for witnesses after a pub fight left a man unconscious with a broken nose.

The incident happened at Gillespies pub in Harbour Street in Folkestone between midnight and 12.25am on Sunday, June 19.

Officers investigating the crime have arrested and bailed a 48-year-old man in connection with the fight, but want more witnesses to come forward.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was knocked unconscious during the the incident, and now police hope other people in the pub will have seen what happened.
