Thieves with covered faces rob teenager in Parkfield Road, Folkestone

Robbers dressed in black with their faces covered made threats to a teenager and stole his money and coat.

The two suspects, also believed to be teenagers, fled following the incident in Parkfield Road, Folkestone between 1.30pm and 3.30pm yesterday.

Kent Police is investigating.

A spokesman said: “We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time, who may have witnessed the incident or who has information important to the investigation.

“It is believed that between 1.30pm and 3.30pm on Wednesday a teenage boy was approached by two people who made threats and demanded cash.

“The suspects, also thought to be teenagers, reportedly then stole cash and a coat from the victim before leaving the area.

“Both were described as wearing black clothing with their faces covered.”
