Police search for three men after attempted robbery in Radnor Park, Folkestone

A man was shoved and punched in the face in an attempted robbery in a park.

The 39-year-old was walking in the lower pond area of Radnor Park in Folkestone around 10pm when three men approached him, one of whom is reported to have shoved him in the back before punching him in the face.

He is then alleged to have ordered the victim to hand over his belongings but left empty-handed when the man walked away in the opposite direction.

It happened on Friday, June 2.

The suspect is described as being about 5ft 3in, slim and wearing a white top with the hood up.
