Gravesham and Dartford children have been preparing for our mammoth Mother's Day celebrations

The crayons, pencils and paints have been out in classrooms across Gravesham and Dartford.

It’s all in preparation for our mammoth Mother’s Day celebrations in this week’s Messenger.

The feature has proved to be a major feat of logistics with it appearing in every KM Group paper across Kent. We wrote to all schools to invite them to take part and most did so enthusiastically, with pupils set the challenging task of

The result was thousand of ‘mums’ arriving at our offices from schools across the county. In total the KM Group has produced an incredible 360 pages, featuring nearly 16,000 pictures from 150 schools, of loving motherly tributes ahead of Mothering Sunday this week.
