EllenorLions Hospices patron and Good Morning Britain's Charlotte Hawkins, wants YOU to put your best foot forward at the charity’s sponsored Twilight Walk.

It takes place in Gravesend on Friday September 19.

The 8km route will start with one loop round the Cyclopark, before heading out through Gravesend in a circular route.

Walkers will head along Wrotham Road, Perry Street and Coldharbour Road, passing the EllenorLions Hospice, before heading back to the Cyclopark.

Entry is £15 and walkers will receive a Twilight Walk t-shirt, goody bag, ice cream and other treats along the route.

Registration on the night will be £20.
