Driver taken to London hospital after crash in Perry Street, Northfleet

A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in the early hours of this morning.

The incident took place at 5.17am near the junction of Perry Street in Northfleet when a car collided with a set of traffic lights.

Parts of Earl Road, Hall Road and Coldharbour Road were temporarily closed off as a result.

Emergency services were called to the crash

The driver was treated at the scene before being taken to Kings College Hospital in London.
