Specialising in residential sales and lettings, property management, mortgage and conveyancing services, land and new homes, the team and infrastructure can assist everyone from a first-time buyer to the largest developer and corporate client.

The 20-strong staff are NAEA, ARLA and NFOPP qualified and based on customer questionnaires, 96 per cent of clients say they would use the company again and recommend it.

New for 2014 is an exclusive monthly e-magazine. Location includes every home 2-move markets for sale and to let, not just a select few.

Consulting and managing partner Tony Szabo said. “In December 2013 we were proud to be awarded with the Silver Award for best small South East Estate Agency, in the prestigious Times and Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

“This was followed, in June 2014, with another Silver Award, in the same South East category, at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.

“In addition we also have a transparent review section to our testimonials page at www.2-move.co.uk.

“Our staff come to work knowing that their efforts will be recognised, respected and rewarded.

“We promote an environment of esteem for all, as all have a vital role to play in the business’s achievements. We work and socialise together.”
