Greenhithe McDonalds applies for drive thru lanes

A fast food restaurant has applied to build a drive thru.

McDonald's in London Road, Greenhithe, has submitted an application seeking permission from Dartford council to add a drive thru lane to its premises.

The restaurant, which opened in 1988, is looking to refurbish its interior along with adding an extension.

If the works were to go ahead there would be a new access site for vehicles to the restaurant.

The fast food chain also wants to relocate the car park and add a patio area.
