Emergency services tackle multi car fire in New Ash Green

Emergency crews were called to a multi-vehicle fire in the early hours of this morning.

Firefighters tackled the incident involving three cars in Bazes Shaw, New Ash Green, at around 1am.

The blaze started within a derelict vehicle, spreading to a smart car and damaging a nearby Toyota Yaris.

It also damaged a shed in the grounds of a property.

A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Reasons for the fire are being investigated."
