Man arrested in Higham over attack in Steadman Close that leaves victim in King's College Hospital in London

An air ambulance and eight police cars were called to an alleged assault in Higham that left a man in hospital.

A sniffer dog team and forensics squad were also called to the early-hours incident, in Steadman Close.

Police said a 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm in relation.

Another man, was taken by paramedics to King's College Hospital in London for his injuries. He has since been released.

Police would not confirm why so many vehicles were required, at about 2.15am on Saturday.
