Northfleet disturbance leads to arrest of man on suspicion of assault and criminal damage

A man has been arrested after a disturbance in Northfleet.

Police were called around 5.40pm yesterday to the incident in Birch Road. 

Officers attended the scene where a 29-year-old man from the area was arrested on suspicion of assault, criminal damage and assaulting a police officer.
