Brad Neville charged after girl, 2, disturbed in burglary

A man has been charged following an incident where a burglar reportedly fled a house in Greenhithe after disturbing a two-year-old girl.

Brad Neville, 20, of Wodehouse Road, Dartford, was remanded in custody after appearing at Medway Magistrates’ Court last Thursday. He will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday, February 15.

It follows the incident in Marston Court, Greenhithe at around 6.15am on Tuesday, January 2, which ended when the screaming girl startled the intruder.

The child’s father then woke up and found that the front door was open and a number of items were missing including house and car keys.
