A man has been charged with growing cannabis in a house in Swanscombe after a gun was allegedly let off there last week.
James Legg, 25, of Church Road, Swanscombe, has been charged with producing cannabis and has been bailed to appear before Dartford magistrates on January 2.
A 23-year-old woman has been cautioned for allowing her premises to be used for growing the Class B drug.
Police were called to a house in Church Road at 5pm on November 28 after a firearm was allegedly let off in the house.
Three men wearing hoodies forced their way into the house and were seen running away after a shot was heard. Three other people were in the house at the time.
Kent Police said no one was hurt.
