Man stabbed inside McDonald's restaurant in New Road, Gravesend

A man was stabbed at a fast food restaurant in the early hours of this morning.

Police were called to reports of an assault inside McDonald's in New Road, Gravesend, at 3.45am, where a man was suffering from stab wounds.

He is in a London hospital with serious injuries, but they are not thought to be life threatening.

There are two male suspects who are described as black, one of whom is believed to be aged between 16 and 20-years-old, around 5ft 8in and of medium build, wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a grey tracksuit top with the hood up.

The other is believed to have been wearing dark grey tracksuit bottoms with a dark top and is described as having short hair.

Officers are continuing to investigate the incident.
