Police are investigating after 40 computers stolen from Kings Farm Primary School in Gravesend

Police are investigating after 51 computers were stolen from a school in Gravesend.

A theft occurred at around 10.40pm on Sunday December 20 at Kings Farm Primary School in Cedar Avenue, with 38 Dell Chromebooks and two other laptops reported to have been taken.

Three people are said to have been spotted in the building that evening.

Two of the people were seen heading across the school field towards nearby Windsor Road.

Another break in took place at 6.30pm on Tuesday, with a further 11 laptops stolen from the school's IT room.

Officers from Kent Police are asking any other possible witnesses to call 01474 366149 quoting crime reference XY/45135/15.

Anyone who believes they have been offered one of the computers for sale is asked to contact the same number.
