New Four Winters ice cream parlour to open at Bluewater

The first 50 customers at the parlour's grand-opening will receive a free serving of the dessert, which features edible flowers, crushed lotus biscuits and a sweet cream base.

Sweet-toothed shoppers will also be able to indulge in sub-zero treats, alongside molten puddings, hot drinks and shakes.

Four Winters' use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze the unique dessert before the eyes of customers.

Visit the store, in Bluewater's Winter Garden, from 12pm on Saturday, April 7, for the chance to claim your free sugary snack.
