Two teenagers are in custody after two motorbikes were stolen in Gravesend.

The 17-year-old boys, from Dartford and Sidcup, were arrested in connection with the theft of the vehicles from Old Road West at around 11pm last night.

Both were found abandoned in the London Road area about 15 minutes later and the boys were found and arrested nearby.

They both remain in custody.
