Police were called at around 8.40pm last night to a report of a disturbance in Gordon Road, Northfleet.
An 18-year-old man, from Northfleet, has been arrested on suspicion of affray.
He remains in custody.
A 20-year-old man, from Northfleet, has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.
He has been bailed until August 3.
