Three fire engines, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Highways Agency were called to the scene.

Firefighters managed to stabilise the vehicle so paramedics could treat the casualty before cutting her free - it is not clear how serious her injuries are.

There are reports of two others being hurt, but there are no more details.

A man has now been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and assault.
