A schoolboy has been taken to hospital after collapsing on a bus in Gravesend this morning.

An ambulance was called to Milton Road at just before 8am after reports the 11-year-old had collapsed and was said to have suffered a fit.

Paramedics in a car and an ambulance attended the scene - as well as an air ambulance - to treat the boy.

The boy was assessed and treated at the scene before being taken to Darent Valley Hospital, in Dartford, by road.
