Ebbsfleet bounced back from their midweek FA Cup defeat to Dartford with a handsome win over Concord Rangers in the Skrill South on Saturday.

Steve Brown's side are now within a point of the play-offs after extending their unbeaten run at Stonebridge Road to seven matches.

The opening goal arrived on 11 minutes. Anthony Cook's corner caused panic in the Concord box and Ben May fired a low shot into the net.

Michael Thalassitis, back in the Fleet starting XI, headed the home side into a 2-0 lead following a superb run and cross by Aiden Palmer.

Injury forced goalkeeper Preston Edwards out of the game at half-time and Brandon Hall came on for his league debut.

Seven minutes into the second half, the Fleet got their third goal when Andy Pugh's effort squirmed beyond Concord keeper Jamie Butler.

And the excellent Palmer made it 4-0 in the closing stages when he curled in a free-kick from 25 yards out.
