Sex assault in Gravesend

CGI image of man police want to talk to regarding a sexual assaultPolice are appealing for information after reports of a sex assault at Gravesend train station.

Officers have released a computer-generated image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the assault which took place in December.

They have only made the incident public today.

Police were called just after 11.10pm on December 21 when it was reported that a woman was walking home from Gravesend train station and felt she was being followed.

It’s reported that she turned to confront the man who touched her bottom before running off.

The man has been described as Asian, wearing a black woolly hat, a dark blue jacket, dark jeans and black shoes.
