A child was injured after being hit by a car off a busy main road.
The incident occurred before 8.30am this morning close to the roundabout in Greenhill Road, Herne Bay.
Police and paramedics arrived soon afterwards following reports of a girl being hit by a car.
She sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
She did not require hospital treatment.
