A woman has been found lying on the tracks at Herne Bay railway station.
Police were called to the scene just after 7.30am following reports of a distressed person.
She was found 200m along the tracks and had to be restrained before officers escorted her to safety just after 10am.
British Transport Police tweeted: "She is now receiving the appropriate care".
