Theatrecraft stage their production of Cinderella at the Kings Hall in Herne Bay in January

Will the Fairy Godmother be able to use her magic to get Cinderella to the ball to meet the dashing Prince and live happily ever after?

That will be for the audience to find out as Theatrecraft are set to stage their latest pantomime at the Kings Hall in Herne Bay.

Spokesman Jacqueline Francis said tickets are selling fast for the show, which will be staged from January 8 to January 11.

She said: “There will be plenty of toe-tapping numbers, laughter aplenty, and lots of audience participation. So join in the fun with all of the cast as they search for happily ever after.”

She is joined by the handsome Prince played by Heidi Griggs, a former winner of the Kent Drama Award for Best Debut Actress.

Local bingo hall caller Grace Smith will play Dandini, to help them find the beautiful girls whose foot fits the magical glass slipper.

Nik Waller and Chris Perkins are playing the Ugly Sisters, while Pauline Etheridge and Kes Hewett play the part of mice duo Bubble and Squeak. Heather Kemp will be the Fairy Godmother.
