Joe Scullion is to be the next chairman of mhs homes in Chatham.

He has served on the board since 2008 and will replace Ashley West who has reached his maximum term of service.

Mr Scullion is a chartered director and fellow of both the Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Housing. He was previously a board member at A2 Dominion (London), Kelsey and Spitalfields Housing Associations. He also has a professional background in housing and is chief executive of Hill Homes.

Mr West, said: “Throughout a rigorous selection process, Joe convinced the board that he will be an outstanding chairman.”
