Facts International, based in Ashford, win prize at the Market Research Society Operations Awards

A market research company has won a national award.

Facts International, based in Henwood Industrial Estate in Ashford, won the Market Research Society (MRS) Best Field Force Award, as part of the newly launched MRS Operations Awards.

The awards celebrate and recognise the contributions from companies that keep the market research sector running.

Judges said: “Facts International’s commitment to providing excellent ongoing training and development programmes for all interviewing staff clearly underlines one of the key values of this company.”

Facts International was also a finalist in the Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEiBAs) this year.

The company has grown in recent years and become one of the top 10 insight groups in the UK.

Facts’ managing director Emily Kettle has also been announced as a finalist in the Stevie’s Women in Business Awards.
