A care and support services firm has moved into new premises at a business park as they try to accomodate their expanding workforce.
Superior Care have signed a 10-year lease on a 1,290sqft office at Hermitage Court in Maidstone, beginning in August.
The Whitstable-based company – which also has a Folkestone branch – is the first tenant in the new Unit G building at the business park developed by Gallagher Properties.
Chief executive Stewart Thorp said: “The premises are exceptional and reflect the high quality services that we strive to deliver.
“The new offices, situated just minutes from Maidstone Hospital, will allow our growing workforce to visit us more regularly and access the classroom-based training that will be delivered in our training suite, more readily.”
Superior Care will join Havas Shared Services, mcch, Kent Community NHS Trust and SECOM at Hermitage Court.
Three office suites are still available in their building, ranging from 800sqft to 1,517sqft.
