Swale Heating agrees six-year contract extension with housing provider Affinity Sutton to service about 22,000 homes until 2020

A heating installer has agreed a six-year extension to a contract to service about 22,000 homes in south London and Kent.

Swale Heating extended its contract with housing provider Affinity Sutton to 2020.

The Sittingbourne-based firm will provide servicing and maintenance all year round, including breakdown and repair work.

Affinity Sutton is one of the largest housing providers in England with over 57,000 properties in more than 120 local authorities, housing 161,000 people.

Swale Heating’s contracts director Stuart Davis said: “We’re looking forward to continuing to work with Affinity Sutton to provide and maintain the highest possible standards.”

Affinity Sutton’s director of property services Sue Cooper said: “We have developed a successful partnership with Swale Heating over the past four years and this extension will ensure that our residents continue to enjoy high quality domestic heating services.”

Swale Heating serves 125,000 domestic customers and more than 35 housing associations and local authorities.
