Brachers hires Deborah Cain as partner to tackle disputes on wills, trusts and estates

Law firm Brachers has hired a new partner as it grows its work with contentious trusts and estates.

Deborah Cain joins the Maidstone-based practice from Griffith Smith Farrington Webb LLP in East Sussex where she headed up the firms contested private client practice.

Ranked in the Legal 500, she specialises in disputes connected to wills, trusts, the estates of dead people and other inheritance issues.
