Extra time to enter Medway Business Awards 2016

Firms who have not got round to entering this year’s Medway Business Awards have been thrown a lifeline – the closing date has been extended to Friday, September 9.

Cash prizes and a big night out at Priestfield Stadium’s banqueting suite are on offer to all the finalists plus, of course, the chance to impress clients and gain more business.

Every entrant is also given a free profile in the Medway Messenger - see the latest entrant in this Friday's paper.

Businesses already featured this year range from tourism to energy advice, and from music to haulage.

Sylvia Meade, chairman of the awards organising group, said: “We have already received a good number of entries and would like to give Medway’s thousands of enterprises a little more time to complete theirs.

“This is an opportunity too good to miss.”

Chris and Caroline Webster, founders of construction firm DCB (Kent), last year’s overall winner, said their award had made a big difference to their company.

“We’ve had lots of positive feedback from clients,” Chris said.
