Form in Chatham enjoys surge in profits and revenues

Pre-tax profits surged 160% at an office refurbishment business which has fitted out the laboratories of drugs giant Pfizer in Sandwich.

Chatham-based Form – short for Fit-out and Refurbishment Management Ltd – made £204,000 last year, according to its latest accounts filed at Companies House.

The firm has been drafted in for projects like the renovation of Strood Academy to make better use of its space and has made shop fittings for Sittingbourne-based frozen meals retailer COOK.

It increased turnover by 62% to £2.6 million, while operating profit surged by 165% to £208,000, up from £78,000 a year earlier.
