Cadbury release advert for Dairy Milk with some scenes shot in Faversham

Cadbury has released its newest advert for Dairy Milk with some scenes shot in Faversham.

But despite days of filming a "market scene" in Court Street and by the zebra crossing in Whitstable Road in April, our town is barely recognisable in the minute long commercial.

Following the life of "Ducky", a soft toy stuck to the front of a lorry, the new advert called Discover the joy of Puddles, disappointingly features just a couple of seconds of Faversham.

In April, film crews and sound technicians filled Court Street and transformed a number of shops into their perfect market scene shot.

They had set up mirrors along the pavement, which has created the image of the puddles in the advert.

The video, released on Monday, has already had more than 10,000 views.
